There was something about this movie that appealed to both men and women -- comedy, action, and a touch of romance. Rather than "potty humor" and cheesy slapstick, the jokes were hilarious, yet smart and mature. The plot was fairly simple -- married couple has a date night that doesn't go as planned -- however it is supposed to be nothing more than sheer entertainment, and it definitely accomplishes that. I'm fairly certain everyone involved in this project knows it will not be an Oscar contender. My overall opinion was that this was a funny and highly entertaining movie -- perfect for the 30's+ crowd and longtime married couples. I would think "young singles" and teens probably wouldn't be as entertained. It was refreshing to see something so clean and well done geared towards an older demographic.
