I went with a bunch of girlfriends and we had a great time watching the movie, because, come on, its SATC. But as someone else mentioned, the plot was a bit thin, i think the carrie/aidan thing could have been developed better. Samantha never disappoints, she always cracks me up! And the dynamic of the girls' friendship is always evolving, i just love it. I was almost in tears over it.
So, while the movie was just okay, you still have to go see it (or at least rent) because it's a great franchise. Maybe #3 will be better.
