I thought the story line was good and the action was EXCELLENT!!!

Tom Cruise's role in The Last Samurai was just simply wonderful. However this movie sent him over the top. The cast was brilliant. I would even dare say that the eye patch made him appear more handsome.
The story line was VERY good. To know that it was based on a true story was simply amazing. Considering how the German people were enamoured with Hitler, it was surprising to know that some German people did not agree with his "Final Solution" plan.

This is okay for a family with small children. The kids will be excited seeing the large mammonths. However for teens and older, the movie is on the week side.
Just make sure you are going to matinee. I would NOT pay full price.
