Saw Eclipse at midnight with my daughter and 5 of her friends. It was excellent! I liked the vampire fight scenes, especially the fast speed. I was worried about the violence and I didn't need to be. The wolves were oversized and their interactions seemed human, which was a great effect. The movie emphasized the love triangle a lot and de-emphasized some parts that I would have liked to see (like when Jacob kisses Bella and she flashes to what their life would be together. The movie missed that opportunity). I did not like the "close ups." It seemed the movie was shot too close and I kept thinking "pan out, please." In my opinion, the actors were excellent and could never be replaced. We all had a wonderful night at the movies and can't wait to see Eclipse again!
