A very dark but very well portrayed movie about relationships and what you thjnk you know about people, but you do not.
The acting ensmeble was first-rate, and they should start engraving Geoirge Clooney's name on the best-actor award now.
The photography incorporating the Hawiian islands was spectaciular, and the Hawaiian sound track was amazing, and adderd a dimension of pathos to the movie.
If you are looking for a Christmas movie, do not see this one. But, if you are seeking an excellent drama that did not give in to the usual cliches ,and depicts characters in such a real manner, see this picture. No one is painted as completely good nor bad, just trying to get by.
