Disjointed... and limp!

I was disappointed with SATC2. The storyteller tried to get too many aspects of women's lives under one movie, not going deeply into any aspect, except somewhat superficially the marital hiccup between Carrie and Big. The overall feeling was as if the author was trying to pack several episodes into one movie without much continuity. In the beginning the feeling was that SATC2 was a vehicle to advertise the "new Middle-East", but the expectation that, beyond that, something real would develop in depth (Samantha's professional opportunity of doing business with an Arab conglemerate, the possibility of someone falling in or out of love/lust, etc.) just vanished... The film had a weak storyline and basically fell into the trap of trying to duplicate success of the 1st without its attention-grabbing power... Pity!
No, I do not recommend this movie.
