I am a big fan of Sex and the City in general. Overall the movie was light and cute, but not as good as I expected. I assume the first is always the best, because you do not know what to expect, it's new to you and exciting. The second unfortunately cannot meet your expectations. Altogether I enjoyed it, but it did not give me goosebumps nor the same effect as the original.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
