I love Toy Story. I mean, hey, I grew up with it. I was so excited and couldn't wait for the laughs coming with number three. I have friends who went to see it the first day it came out, they have a daughter the same age as me and a daughter a bit older. They cried a lot, so did their mom, and told us to bring tissues. I knew there would be a bit of sadness because of Andy going to college but that wasn't it. My parents and I saw it on Father's day. Let's say don't waste your money on 3D and bring lots of tissues. I'm 13 and some of the parts even scared me. It also even starts off with parts that made me cry, I was surprised. There are some funny and cute parts, but some characters were evil and some I felt really bad for. My mom and I cried. But it's a bit confusing considering the fact that I was sometimes crying and laughing at the same time. But between the loss of beloved characters, the sadness of Woody, Buzz going insane, and scary images it's not the toy story I love and remember. After the movie I told my mom I thought it was a bit funny how Prince of Persia was strangely and sadly more uplifting then toy story. On the other hand I hope they pull off and toy story four with a better storyline and one that redeems of favorites' personalities. Over all cute, but depressing.
I'll admit that I really thought Prince of Persia would be a stupid movie and didn't want to go see it. But when many of my friends told me it was really good I thought I would see for myself. I was pleasantly surprised. It had a lot of intense action and was a good adventure. The actors were actually really great too. Awesome movie, can't wait to buy it when it comes out on DVD! Worth the money for the ticket! : )
Yes, I recommend this movie.

My mom and I went to see Letters to Juliet together and we both agreed it was one we will buy on DVD when it comes out. There were just a few things though which would keep you from taking anyone under 10, also I think 10 and up would understand the movie better too. I want to advise you to take along some tissues though, just in case : ) my mom cried and I almost did. Beautiful, touching, movie that celebrates true love.

Good for little kids, not so much for older kids

Ok, jokes were cute, animation was pretty good but this movie is better for kids under ten. I was kind of like Owen Wilson as a teenage dog, really?! I'm a teen and that was kinda weird for me. : ) To tell you the truth I saw mostly little kids in the theater and they honestly LOVED the movie. I just wanted to see if they could pull the movie off and I have to say, they did for the younger kids. AS for me, I enjoyed how to train your dragon more which I think was actually geared for teens and preteens. Cute movie, great!!
I am a big fan of Shrek, but when I saw this movie today I have to admit I was highly disappointed. The plot seemed way too simple in the fact that there were a couple battles then it was over. Rumplestillskin was a good addition because he brought the little humor there was in this movie. Also the little kid at the birthday party and Ryan Seacrest was great! If it's a Shrek movie it needs to have more humor than that though. I was also sad that Artie didn't return. He was my favorite character and he wasn't even in the credits (that's the only place I saw the princesses). I was also disappointed in the 3D. I previously saw How to Train your Dragon and was amazed by the 3D, but when I saw Shrek, the 3D wasn't as good which was weird considering the fact that they were both made by Dreamworks (my favorite movie company). I expect more from Dreamworks and hope the 2011 Puss in Boots movie is an improvement from this one. Kudos to Ryan Seacrest and the guy who played Rumplestillskin. Ok movie, kinda sad Shrek's movies have to end with a bit of a flop.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This movie was amazing! I went to see it with a friend and we both loved it! The 3D was awesome and the characters were adorable! Toothless, the main dragon, reminded me of my pet cat and Hiccup, the main character, was SO cute! Great movie for all ages, even adults, yes, that's right I said adults will like it too! :)
