I am a DIE-HARD fan. I was so upset when I left the theater. If I had Michael Patrick King's phone number, I would've rang him up and gave him a good cussin!
This movie had NOTHING to do with the series. NYC is the heart of SATC and to have more than half of the movie revolve around the middle east and their hatred for all things sex and women was a slap in the face of New York and the women who love this show.
Where was the continuing story line of Smith Jared? Where was the "we might have a baby" story line of Carrie and Big? That was the tag-line in the trailer... "Caught between sex and a baby."
The only plausible story line was Charlotte's struggle with being the perfect mother.
I was so sad when this was over. I couldn't believe they thought this was a good way to go.
