Took our 3 boys (ages 7, 11, and 15 years) to see the movie. 7 and 11 year old really liked it. They didn't get bored. 15 year old and hubby thought it was a little slow in the middle. I thought it was good. I liked the background information in the storyline. Slower probably as far as the action, although there is a lot of action in the last 30-45 minutes, so if you're looking for non-stop action, this isn't the movie. But I thought it was good none-the-less. Glad we saw it on the big screen.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
