Good characters, ok plot

Not quite as good as the first Iron Man, this movie had an added factor of cheesiness to it. There was bit too much craziness around Tony Stark's character. We know he's a ladies man, but the took it a little over the top. It seemed to be more the script than Robert Downey Jr.'s fault. Gwyneth Paltrow had an awesome performance as Pepper. The change of the actor playing Rhodey changed the nature of the character, but I prefered Don Cheadle in the role anyway.
Overall, the film was fun to watch, mostly because of good character development.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
