Really enjoyed this movie. The acting was wonderful, the story compelling, a tad shy of too corny, and a nice balance between character and plot.

I have no idea what I liked best about this movie. Somehow the writers conveyed the depth - SQUIRREL! - somehow the writers conveyed the depth and length of Carl and Ellie's love, with few words, in about 5 minutes. It was an homage to age and commitment and what's most important in life.
And Dug the dog. Fabulous.
