Cliche, Suspension of Disbelief

We actually laughed at some of the 'yeah right' moments...The black conversion van peeling out to escape at the end made us think of the hazing scene in "Old School" rather than a suspenseful getaway. At least we got a few laughs out of it. If only it were a comedy...
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Good movie with the kids

Took my 8 and 2 year old to see it. The scenes were funny and managed to keep our interest.. Nothing earth shattering but it was something to do on a Saturday without having to worry about the content. Not the worst kids movie I've ever seen, but not the best either. I'd probably wait for the rental unless your kids really want to see it at the movies as my 8 year old did. The "skits" at the end of the movie were actually the funniest part of the movie. The Blue Lagoon interpretation was really funny.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
