Good continuation, great development for Avengers

This was a really good movie. Now it should be mentioned that this is not as "suit action" oriented as the first Iron Man. This one deals with a lot of character development and interaction. Not to say that the action sequences are lacking by any means, but they are not as numerous as the they were in the first. Don Cheadle is fantastic as Rhodey, a much better fit than his predecessor. Robert Downey Jr. continues his stellar portrayal of Tony Stark, and Mickey Rourke is a great villain. Scarlett Johansson I must confess I was somewhat apprehensive of portraying the Black Widow, but she is a great fit (and I must admit, GREAT looking as a red head). Jon Favreau has done a great job with this franchise, and continues that effort in this movie. But don't expect so much focus on the suit. This one is about Stark and his people, the suit becomes less important than the people in them. Which is how it should be for this story.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
