This movie was perfect to me, it was like wanted meets watchmen, and it hit all the right beats for me. I feel like it managed to be more serious than expected, cause i was thinking it would be like a rated R spoof of superhero movies, and while it does deconstruct the genre, it really is its own movie, not just "not another superhero movie". The acting was on point, with hit girl being the stand out and really stealing the show. I think all the people rating this movie down because they say the violence is too much to be involving children need to realize this movie is rated R for a reason. We shouldnt rate it lower because its irresponible and kids might see it! that to me, is a responablity that falls on the parents, as this movie is clearly rated R. That note aside, i can wholely recommend this movie, especially if you like wanted because the tone is very similiar, it the best heads up i can give you as to what to expect. If you like action, humor, over the top violence, and just an all around bad ass time at the movie go see kick ass!
