I have never cared too much for 3D, I always thought most movies were good enough in 2D, but Avatar in IMAX 3D was AWESOME. I felt in some of the jungle scenes that I was really there, and it wasn't the cheesy 3D I remembered from the likes of Jaws 3D. Hope it comes back around soon in theaters because I really want to take the rest of the family.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
