A great movie, with a great comedy pairing. I titled this good all-around because the movie is actually solid. The plot is simple to understand and makes complete sense. The comedy is on time and spread well throughout the movie. The pacing is good on all levels (dialogue, action and comedy). And even the extras were great choices.
I must admit, that the comedy is STRICTLY Tina Fey and Steve Carell fair. If you don't like either of these actors, then this isn't the movie for you. However, if you're a fan of either character, not only will you love what that character does, I'm sure you'll gain a respect/admiration for the other.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
