Good movie for older children.

My husband and I are Tim Burton fans. The movie was visually beautiful without being too Tim Burton-esque. The plot however would have been better suited for adolescents. It wasn't bad, just a litte young for us. I would not take a young child to this movie, however. It could definitely cause nighmares.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
