The movie was beautiful. The special effects fantastic and really created a wonderful, believable world. The story isn't great, and I thought the idea of 1,000,000,000 Tom Cruise-soldiers was laughable egocentric.
It is a complex story, but one that ultimately does not make much sense.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Fun and mindless entertainment -- big, spectacular effects mask the lack of depth in the story. Worth seeing, especially at matinee prices!
