I am a 40 year old mom of two boys with a large age gap. (6 & 14) We saw this movie last night with my mom also. The entire age range throughly enjoyed it.
It was visually beautiful with a genuinely heart-warming story. It's a story of encouragement for the underdog or the little guy.
If I had any complaint, it would only be that some of the action sequences moved so fast that it was hard to focus on what was going on. Non of it affected our enjoyment of the movie.
Great for kids and enjoyable for all ages.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
