Took my wife to see the latest Twilight: Eclipse. Best part? Being with my wife. The movie was advertised to appeal to more men with "graphic" CGI scenes. There was one.
Instead, the two hours were filled with mostly close up scenes of the character's faces as they dialogged with each other. Needed a bit more... no, A LOT more action.
Guys, bite the bullet and take your significant other to see this movie. Enjoy the plot, which is fairly good, but don't get your expectations too high. Let's just hope they don't make these movies in 3D. Don't know if I can take Bella, Edward's, or Jacob's close-ups for 2 hours look like they are popping off the screen.
Women - enjoy yourself as you get lost in this fantasy that obviously appeals to you, and appreciate any man who accompanies you to the theater.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
