Incredible movie

I saw the preview for the movie before it came out, thought it looked interesting. but with a review I saw that the movie was good, but too long and all the hype, I decided to pass for now... Usually movies with this much hype, I dont like. Maybe see it on DVD when it came out. Last night I decided to go see it, wanted to go see a movie, and saw this was still in the theaters. First the theater was still packed to the gills, which amazed me.
The movie is almost three hours long, but its so entertaining that you dont realize its that long. Some movies drag, but this movie did not. The special affects, yes you know they are CGI, but they are some of the most realistic CGI graphics I have ever seen. Some movies CGI distracts you from the story, but not in Avatar, but the CGI makes you believe its real, it really fits in with the movie. The final battle scene is nothing less than amazing.
A must see movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

From animation to Music, a classic

I took my daughter to see this movie and was blown away by it. Thank god Lassiter came to Disney and decided to overturn the decision of Eisner to end the hand drawn animation. The animation of this movie is warm, colorful and amazing. You are mesmerized by the animation. The music as well for this movie is incredible. None of the music as cheesy, it has a nice warm, tempo, a great new orleans theme. The story as well could not be better, I know Disney received some criticism for having a black princess, but the criticism is unwarranted. This is def a movie I will take my daughter to see again and buy on Blu ray when it comes out.
