4.5 Stars, A-,overall definetly worth seeing on the big screen. Only reason not 5 stars... frenetic pace. They pile it on, scene after scene, like trying take a drink of water from a fire hose throughout the entire 2.5hrs- starts to burn you out just a wee bit. Other than that, special effects are great, acting and storyline are pretty solid (better pay attention) and don't sneak out for a bathroom break or you might get lost by the time you get back. Good summer swill at the movies on a hot day for sure.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Good Drama. Bridges is believable, reminded me of Ole Waylon. Suprised at his vocal skills, obviously not a great country singer, but darn good for this role. Good story too, hard to watch, downright disgusting at times, as Bad Blake battles his demons with Alcohol. Bought the soundtrack on Itunes. If you like Waylon, Willie, Old Haggard and wondered how the "Outlaws of Country" may have really lived thier lives, then you'll find this movie interesting.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
