Another enjoyable Harry Potter movie

Director David Yates does a wonderful job of following the basic outline of the book. You are quickly whisked away into the dark and magical world of Harry Potter. While the movie is long - 2 1/2 hours - time moved quickly and the ending was perfect. The first thing my husband asked was when Part 2 was going to be released which is a great testament to the overall feel of Part 1. Go and enjoy!

Great movie for everyone

The movie takes over where the book leaves off. Alice is transported back to Wonderland as a young adult to help the Madhatter (Johnny Depp) and friends overthrow the Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter) and return rule of Wonderland to the White Queen (Anne Hathaway). Visually the movie is brilliant! Tim Burton has created a masterpiece that transports you to a different place. The movie is a perfect length - under 2 hours - and moves quickly while keeping the audience entranced.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
