Movie was very well scripted and George was very believable in his role. The nature of telling people they do not have a job is extremely personal and devastating to the individual. I know; I have been there. Clooney brought a sense of dignity to a character that was weighed down by the task of firing people and the human toll it took on the affected party.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
