Bad ending

This was a really good movie up until the pointless, horrible ending. Rob did a good job--as did the other actors--but I have to ask myself if it was worth it after being knocked off my feet with the ending. I'm all for the unexpected, but this ending almost felt like they ran out of ideas and just needed to find a way to finish it off. Definitely not an American ending. But to answer my own question "was it worth it?" Yeah, I think so if for no other reason than support Rob outside of his Twilight role.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
