Quirky, Fun & Feeling

Yet another quirky, fun, feeling movie from Tim Burton & Johnny Depp. The movie had a heroic aspect to it as well, especially in the battle scene. But it doesn't take itself too seriously, and allows the audience to go through a wide range of emotion. Johnny Depp is excellent in the role of the Mad Hatter, giving the character more depth and feeling than in previous adaptations of Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass. The 3-D IMAX experience serves to bring the viewer even further into the story, something already accomplished by the depth of the characters as written and portrayed in Tim Burton's version of this classic tale!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
