3d was a waste of technology

If your looking for the dark Alice this is not it. It's a kids movie. Burton never manages to go over the edge like Pans Labyrinth does.
It's not a bad movie, it's Tim Burton all the way with no surprises. :(
The Imax 3D was so bad I was wishing it was in 2D. Avatar it is not.
.....and to much Johnny Depp. The cartoon Mad Hatter was madder. But, they did a wonderful job on the March hare.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
