I love dance movies...all dance movies! Even if they contain thin plot lines and marginal acting. This movie was a bit disappointing because some of the acting was cringe-worthy, the stories lines were never really fleshed out, and there wasn't enough dancing. And, as for the finale... the moment all dance movie lovers wait for...it was okay. No emotion. I would rent it or maybe see the matinee, I would definitely not pay to see this again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
