I really enjoyed the movie. I've read complaints that it moves slowly though I did not think this at all; especially considering it is a movie based on a book that had very little actual plot and instead appealed mostly to the imagination. This movie was darkly imaginative yet uplifting.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
