Brilliant story!

I loved this movie - was inspired by the use of Jabberwocky, the representation of madness (from the Hatter's voices to his eyes - make up and eye color), to the fact that it was a movie about power and politics where all those with real and potential power - the most real and potential power - were women. It was brilliant! The only weakness (to me) was the White Queen - she did not come off as organic (felt like an Hathaway playing the white queen rather than the White Queen herself). Everyone else, though, was great, fabulous even. I loved the fantasy - and that's what I want in a movie: fantasy, creativity, escape... This had it all :)
Yes, I recommend this movie.
