Toy Story wins again! This was another great sequel in the Toy Story franchise, and I was SOO glad I was able to catch this one!
The storyline was fantastic and solid, and again, they found a way to keep me on the edge of my seat at moments, teary at sentimental moments, and then laughing at other moments!
Loved catching all of the little extras that you're only going to know if you remember it. Like the baby doll with one eye open and the other partially closed... my cousins had a doll just like that! Something with the way they made those doll's eyes, when one would jack up it would close and not open properly! LOL
Thank you Disney/Pixar for another home run!
P.S. The 3D wasn't utilized hardly at all, so I'd say save your extra dollars and see it without... :)
This was an excellent movie! I was taken away into a world that never really existed & felt for these aliens & their home.
The story was fantastic & the dialogue was well written. The musical score was moving & the whole film just took me away & made me forget about the real world. When I left the theater I kept thinking about the visuals I had just seen, & humming the musical score over & over again.
I will be going back to see this movie again
(The 3-D really wasn't that obvious so I don't think it will matter if I see it in 3-D again. The Real-D demo before the movie started was more obvious. There were places in the movie that I could tell they were going for a 3-D effect, but I was expecting 3-D like I had never seen before)
Good, but beware...not your typical superhero film

Watchmen is a good story, but a lot of people see ads that make it look like Batman & Spider-Man. Watch out, because it's not, & I don't think anyone under 18 should see it.
*Vulgar/offensive (to some) language *Body parts are severed & bullets fly through people & explode out the other side *Full frontal male nudity for about 75% of Dr Manhattan's screen time (given it's computer generated & glowing blue, but it's very obvious & exposed, some may get offended) *A full-out sex scene (including bare butts/breasts, movements/sounds), & a shorter, not-as-graphic sex scene *Prostitution, attempted rape, murder, brief lesbianism, vandalism & more
This movie was amazing... great casting choices and amazing storyline. This may be a comic book movie, but the beginning of the movie is a shocking reminder of what our brave men and women overseas face everyday. The best part was seeing the terrorists get what's coming to them when Tony unleashes his Iron Man creation. The movie was 2 hours long, but it didn't seem like it was... it went really fast. Kids (need to be 10+ I'd think) may get a little bored at the beginning, but halfway through the movie to the end, they'll love it. Great movie and I would highly recommend everyone see it whether you're a comic book fan or not. I am going again as soon as possible!
