While it may be slightly complicated at certain points, it is well worth trying to follow. Also, they do a pretty good job of explaining everything if you are focused. Overall, an incredible movie that has a very well developed plot and excellent implementation.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

the movie had very corny dialogue that told you exactly how they were feeling. (i.e. I think we should go to such and such place). Also, the plot was not played out very clearly and appeared to be rushed.
The only part of the movie I really enjoyed was when they actually used bending of the elements. And often, they act out the steps to bend the elements without actually bending, making me feel like I'm watching 4 year olds pretending to have superpowers.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
