I have been very excited about the movie for some time now. Being a Tim Burton film, I expected to be drawn in by the characters but it almost seems as if Burton relied on the publics intimacy with the characters from books and other movies, that he didnt even try to draw the viewer in. The characters other than the red queen were just part of the backround. Avoid the first 5 rows in 3D, it was a struggle to watch the movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
