This movie completely blew me away. Going in with such high expectations, I was prepared to see an unbelievable movie. The critics and reviews that I had read could not have been more dead-on. Black Swan is visually stunning and horrifyingly magnificent. As Aronofsky chronicles Nina's slow progression to insanity, you become enveloped in her story. You feel her pain and ecstasy. Emotions run high. The movie builds intensity right to the very last second. It is an incredible ride that I loved to experience and I can truly say that it is one of my favorite movies. Be prepared for a terrifying, thrilling, yet absolutely wonderful film. You will not be disappointed.
This was definitely a great way to end the historic Toy Story "dynasty". As a young man heading off to college, I grew up with Andy from his young innocence in Toy Story to his college-ready self in Toy Story 3. This movie was even more special for me in this sense. The movie was fantastic. It had great humor and a first-class line of characters, with the classics of Woody and Buzz and new-comers such as Lotso the Bear and Ken. The movie had comedy and action, happiness and sorrow. Beware of the latter. There are points in the movie that are very serious and may be harder for young ones to understand. Overall, the movie can be added to Disney's list of classics for me. I would see it again and again.
