Poor storyline, Tim Burton basically took all the bits and pieces of the original movie that he liked and put them together in a lackluster darker rendition. If you didn't know the story details before, this movie would have confused you even more. No continuity. Extremely disappointing. They could have done so much more with this film.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
