Too many reviewers have said that this movie is a retelling of the Alice story...that is inaccurate. This Movie is more of a sequel of the Alice stories that takes place years after Alice's first trips to Wonderland. Depp plays an incredible Hatter and the selection for voices of the CG characters couldn't have been more perfect. I definitely look forward to seeing Mia Wasikowska (Alice) in future films.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
