It was beautiful and I would expect nothing less from Burton concerning how pleasing something can be to the eye. He makes things quiet breathtaking. I love Alice In Wonderland/Through The Looking Glass for how dark and fantastic things seem to be. Even confusing at times. This is especially true for the Mad Hatter. Now Depp did an outstanding job and I mentioned the film was eye-catching, but I felt like everything handed to me was a "watered-down" version. Maybe this was to keep a PG rating? Anyways, I guess I personally wanted more eerie. I needed it to be a bit creepier. I wanted to be bewildered and left there.
