The first thing I will say is, if you find a theater that is showing it in 2D, see it that way. The movie is beautiful, visually, but the 3D makes it hard to concentrate on the movie as things are blurry as they "pass" you in 3D. I am not a big fan of this 3D craze in movies.
The movie definately has the Tim Burton seal of approval, so if you are a fan, you will love it.
Also, not a fan of the price of the ticket because the movie is in 3D. Raising prices is not the way to get butts in the seats.
