This movie drags with no real beginning, no (reasonable) plot, and a dreary end. Alice is trapped in a world where all the characters are more interesting than she is, while Johnny Depp's character "The Madhatter" isn't mad, but in fact trying to make himself the star with inconsistent accents, unfunny statements, and quirky movements. The movie was created with zero imagination and relies heavily upon its special effects, which is lost as the 3D is non existent as well. Put a fork in Tim Burton... he is done.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
