Alice in Wonderland was another perfect example of why Tim Burton is adored by the masses. His take on this classic was new, fresh and simply amazing. The sets and costumes were like nothing seen before and the acting was superb. As the Mad Hatter we got to see glimpses of Johnny Depp's other beloved characters but he seemed to master what being the Mad Hatter was all about. Crispin Glover was fantastically evil as always as was Helena Bonham Carter.
My only complaint about this movie was there was truly no need for it to be in 3D. The story and characters would have easily stood on their own without the extra effects. I highly recommend this movie.
