This movie is VERY SLOW to get started. Without giving anything away, the ending of this movie is one of the WORST i have ever seen!! Brad Pitt is Very Good and so are some of the other actors. It is about the best thing in the movie.
Mind you ... this movie could have been great. It just wandered off into mid level nothingness. Special effects are first rate. Some of the best firefight sequences ever. But his DOES NOT in any way make up for the rambling slipshot story. And other reviewers have mentioned, the background radio stories of the economic meltdown are repetitive and completely useless in the story. I am a pretty astute movie viewer and I still don't get the relevance to the movie.
Rent this on DVD ... save yourself 12 BUCKS!!
