I LOVE AMC for doing this each year. Seeing fabulous films back to back makes you truly appreciate not only the films themselves, but the experience of seeing these movies in the theater on the big screen. I recommended it to everyone I knew this year, and will do so every year.
I admit that many of these films I would've waited to watch on cable, and I am so glad that I didn't. You bond with the people around you, you discuss the films on the break, you have enough time to get up a stretch and eat and take a walk in between... I would love if they expanded the program to once a month -- four or five selected films grouped together for all-day viewing. Thank you AMC!
