Awesome, but pg?

I am a definite Tim Burton/Johnny Depp/Helena Bonham Carter fan, and this movie definitely doesn't disappoint! The animation is amazing the actors are spectacular, I would recommend 3-D for sure, its in your face and really enhances the experience. Way more violent then i would have expected, i would def swing towards a PG-13, but otherwise, spot on. The plot is intriguing and new, if your expecting the Alice of your childhood with new animation,sorry to disappoint, but this not so. i most certainly enjoyed this movie more! wouldnt recommend to young children though.
