Very enjoyable, suspenseful, up to the last half hour. Massively disappointing and unbelievable ending, that's basically, "it was all a dream." The ending negated the substance of the plot and was kind of a 'cheat.' It was a twist for the sake of a twist and didn't follow the logic of the plot or character. Had to believe that things the AUDIENCE saw weren't, in fact, true. Had to believe that the doctors would turn the madhouse over to a violent madman for a hurricane weekend. Nah!
Also, the deaths of the children-very distasteful-there for shock effect.
Leonardo-excellent!
Music-over the top but ok.
Plot twist-silly, cheesy!
No, I do not recommend this movie.
