I did figure the movie out when DiCaprio found the 1st note, (and quite honestly the flashbacks were a dead giveaway) however the movie did keep my attention and there are a few scenes in the movie that made me think well maybe i'm wrong but when Dicaprio and "Chuck" found their way to the meeting and discovered that there were 67 patients that confirmed my conclusion. It was good but not worth the hype-wait for the rental!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
