Beautifully Disturbing

The cinematography was amazing, I would love to live on Shutter Island! The scenes ran a bit long and the music became overly dramatic, but the twist in the last few minutes made it all - almost - worthwhile. It viewed the clinical psychology field in a historical way, so you have to put that into perspective (their methods were a bit to swallow).
Yes, I recommend this movie.
