A spectacle!

The actual movie is good, the acting is compelling and we've all seen the plot before.
But seeing this movie in 3D is an event that I compare to a 2 hr and 40 minute amusment park ride. If this movie does nothing else, it will change movies as we know them in the future.
I highly advise that you see this in the theater

good effects, good action, completely dreadful dialog and storyline. Younger teens would probably like this, never read the books , but I get the idea they took a decent book and poorly manipulated it into a "Harry Potter"wannabe that falls short.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Overall good movie that builds up but never puts it away. Worth your money, acting is great, atmospere is awesome and the story is above average, but it just falls short of being a great movie. Would be just as good at home.
