Lovely movie

Jeff Bridges was wonderful - both acting and singing. At the beginning he was pathetic and disgusting but by the end you wanted to give him a hug - his pain seemed so real. Colin Farrell exceeded my expectations, Robert Duvall as always a treasure. Only complaint - Maggie G. is a great actress but really was too young. Hard to believe she would find the old lech he was at the get go attractive. Great story of redemption without the usual happy ever after
Yes, I recommend this movie.
