Great special effects and the vivid color range coupled with dramatic action and landscape pans emersed you in the movie; the story line was all right. The 3D format was amazing and added extra to the overall experience. However, I was disappointed (as were others) that the image was not as large as other IMAX films I had seen (could have been the theaters seating arrangement). The extra expense was probably still worth it. While this movie was just as good as a number of other fantasy/action films the format made it better; will this be the standard some day? I sure hope so!
